Where in LA do more people speak Farsi? Who speaks Pranglish?

UCLA's Languages of Los Angeles Project maps out pockets of Farsi speakers in Irvine and West LA/Beverly Hills.

Tehrangeles is real enough for you to search via google.

While at SDSU, Dr. Atefeh Oliai, PhD wrote an article at SDSU and in a Summer 2008 issue of San Diego's Peyk magazine. The articles mention Pranglish, which she characterizes as an ad hoc mixture of Persian and English.
